Brent Schools FA is responsible for establishing and upholding standards and values at every level within the association. Football is a game for everyone, and all who wish to participate should have the opportunity to enjoy it. Brent Schools FA ensures that in all its activities, no individual is discriminated against or treated unfavorably based on age, gender, gender reassignment, sexual orientation, marital status, race, nationality, ethnic origin, color, religion or belief, ability, or disability.

The association is committed to fairness, respect, and providing access and opportunities for all members of the community to take part in its activities. Brent Schools FA will not tolerate any form of harassment, bullying, abuse, or victimization, which are considered discriminatory behaviors. This includes sexual or racially motivated harassment, whether physical or verbal. The association will take appropriate action to address any such behavior, regardless of the context.

Brent Schools FA is dedicated to addressing inequalities and promoting equality in football through training, awareness, and proactive measures. It enforces the Equality Act 2010 and expects all members to adhere to its policies. If any discrimination claims are reported, they will be promptly investigated, and any discriminatory practices will be stopped with appropriate sanctions imposed.

This policy is fully supported by the association’s officers, who are responsible for its implementation. Brent Schools FA is committed to confronting and eliminating all forms of discrimination, fostering an inclusive environment, and encouraging equal opportunities for everyone involved in the sport.
