Brent U11 Boys 4-3 Hounslow.
Brent picked up their first win of the Batchelor Cup campaign with a narrow victory over Hounslow.
Brent started the match at a frenetic pace and peppered the Hounslow goal before Naeem smashed home the opener. Hounslow equalised when a slick move down the left was centred and slotted home.
Brent thrust forward and regained the lead when a well-worked move found Troy who pounced to smash into the net and make the score 2-1. Hounslow showed resilience and equalised on the stroke of half time when a through ball was passed into the corner. Brent stepped up the pressure again and Kalungi finished off a well worked move, shooting into the bottom left-hand corner. Hounslow equalised when a slightly overhit back pass beat the surprised Brent keeper. However, with 5 minutes to go the pressure told as Troy poached a decisive goal for Brent to complete a hard worked 4-3 win against a competitive Hounslow side.
